With three moreish flavours available, Caroboo is the new kid on the block, shaking up the ‘free from’ range with a product that doesn’t compromise on flavour.
After discovering the taste of carob pods on a family trip in 2017, founders Charlotte and Darran Miller challenged themselves to create a product to rival leading chocolate brands. The result, after dozens of trials refining the recipe at home, are three delicious products, offering a guaranteed guilt-free taste sensation.
Speaking at the launch, Charlotte said: “we are so excited to finally launch Caroboo and share the results of three years’ hard work. It’s been quite the rollercoaster since I first tried carob in Australia and set myself the challenge of creating something ridiculously chocolatey without any dairy or refined sugars, to rival the taste and smoothness of milk chocolate!”
“Once the concept was tested and trialled on every friend and family member possible, the reaction was unanimous. We had something that was special and something that we absolutely had to run with and that is exactly what we have done!” continued Charlotte.
