Finally, bring the menu to an indulgent close with either a Chocolate Brownie with Cranberry Sorbet; Plum Crumble with Coconut Ice Cream; or Spiced Pear Eton Mess.
Island Grill is a contemporary restaurant with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Hyde Park. It is set within the recently refurbished Royal Lancaster London which unveiled its brand new design following an £85 million renovation. The restaurant serves modern, locally-sourced British dishes with a focus on sustainability, and uses fresh, local ingredients that change with the seasons.
