HOW TO MAKE A TURMERIC LATTE

unnamed (9)We like to use turmeric with a glug of Almond Milk, a crack of black pepper and maybe some ginger powder and cayenne pepper to make sure we’re getting the most out of every spoonful – the traditional Ayurvedic way.

INGREDIENTS:
(Serves 2)
400ml of Rude Health Almond Drink
or Brown Rice Drink
2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp ginger powder
Pinch of cayenne pepper
Sprinkling of black pepper

METHOD:
1. Measure out 400ml of Almond or Brown Rice Drink.
2. Add 2 teaspoons of ground turmeric, 1 teaspoon of ground ginger, a pinch of cayenne pepper and a sprinkling of black pepper.
3. Heat gently and stir.
4. Froth with a handheld frother.
5. Serve and enjoy.
